Join Jennifer Cottrell, RTY-500 and Yoga Therapist for a two hour workshop, designed for people with autoimmune disorders. Yoga can help ease symptoms of these chronic illnesses such as pain, stress, and depression, and can create a sense of peace and wellbeing.
Jennifer will guide you through meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga poses. There will be discussion and journaling all in a safe and nurturing environment.
You will go home with tools, including yoga poses, breathing exercises, a workbook and simple meditations to help manage sensations, relieve stress and bring balance and acceptance to your body.
