Ready to get out of your head and deeper into your soul? Harness the energies of the Full Moon in a Manifestation Meditation with sound healing.
This 2 hour class unites body, mind and heart with sound. We begin with guided breathwork and manifestation meditation. Next, flow through Asana (poses) from root chakra to crown chakra, as Tibetan Singing Bowls specifically tuned to each chakra are played. You will experience the color and energy of each pose in a profound way. Experienced practitioners will be surprised at how challenging familiar poses can be, while less experienced yogis will find a richer entry point into a practice.
We end with a deliciously long Savasana, dissolving as Connie offers Mantra and vibrational healing. No experience necessary. Wear loose, comfy clothes and drink water to prepare.
