Join Veronica Jones, MS, E-RYT for two hours of upside down experiential learning. This workshop will address alignment, safety, and variations of common inversions such as Sirsasana (headstand), Sarvangasana (shoulderstand), Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance), and Adho Muka Vrksasana (handstand). Trauma Informed Yoga Training
