Join Veronica Jones, MS, E-RYT for two hours of upside down experiential learning. This workshop will address alignment, safety, and variations of common inversions such as Sirsasana (headstand), Sarvangasana (shoulderstand), Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance), and Adho Muka Vrksasana (handstand). Participants should bring a strong desire to go upside down and a healthy sense of humor.

There will be modifications and options to choose from. Feel free to bring water and your favorite towel.
