In this workshop we will learn practical use of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, to achieve lasting happiness no matter what life brings.
We learn to make the Sutras accessible, how to use ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy for our modern lives, how to apply its wisdom and apply it to our everyday life, to cope with life’s stresses and to enjoy life’s rewards.
We learn how to use the Eight Limbs of Yoga in our life to open the path to fulfillment no matter what. We will learn to maintain positive thoughts, manage stress, build new habits for success and enduring happiness.
This fun workshop will also weave in asana and a physical yoga practice, so be prepared to experience the sutras through the joy of movement.
Bita’s approach to yoga is intelligent, playful, and heart-based. She emphasizes awareness, the breath, core principles, alignment, and integrating both movement and stillness to access our true nature.
