Registration:
We strongly suggest you pre-register/pay for classes, as they have been known to fill up ahead of time, and it’s the only way to guarantee yourself a spot in class. Registering online is encouraged as this gives the student a certain guarantee. We also accept checks made out to: The Center. They can be mailed along with a registration form to: 70 N. Mason St. Suite 10, Harrisonburg, VA 22802. We also take cash, Visa, MC and American Express at the studio. We do not accept payment over they phone. Payment in full must be made at the time of registration, and can be handed to the instructor or to another staff member.

Arrival:
Please make every attempt to arrive to class 5-10 minutes early. Shoes may be left outside the waiting room door in the hallway. Once inside, please turn cell phones off and help keep the volume down. If there is another class in session, they well may be in savasana and need the quiet. We appreciate your understanding.

Make-Ups:
As a registered student, we are happy to invite you to make it up a missed class at another time during the current session. You may chose to do this ahead of time, and you don’t need to let us know what class you decide to drop in on for a makeup. Please make sure not to go to a higher level than the class you’re registered for unless you double-check with the instructor beforehand. Make-up classes are not transferable to another later session.

Refunds:
Once classes have begun, if a pre-registered student is unable to make any classes in the session, we will either transfer the payment to a future session or give a 50% refund. If a student has attended classes, she or he will be given a 50% refund minus the classes already attended.
