Amid the turbulence of personal, national, and global stress, mindfulness meditation offers a concrete way for us to return to peaceful presence. This 6-week session, open to both beginners and experienced students, will offer instruction in various forms of mindfulness practice with an emphasis on bringing the practice into everyday life. Each class meeting will offer guided meditation, moving meditation, a talk, and time for questions.
