A 4 session Summer Series focused on tools that can help us retain a state of internal calm despite physical, emotional and mental challenges. We will use KY as taught by Yogi Bhajan…a combination of pranayama (breathing techniques), kriya (asana sequences), mantra and meditation. On the final Friday, we will share a vegetarian potluck to end our summer series.
