Learning to focus on the breath, we can deliberately shift our emotions from anxiety or anger to welcome more gratitude and joy. Even the simplest breathing practices can have profound effects on our well-being and reconnect us to a place of peace and love during the holidays and beyond.
Join Suzanne McCahill Perrine for this special 2-hour workshop to help prepare you for the busy weeks ahead. Participants will learn and practice basic breathing techniques (called pranayama the yoga tradition) to use as tools to apply directly to life, to help sooth you in the studio and beyond. All are welcome. No yoga experience needed.
