Join Andrea for our 13th Annual Burn the Bird Event, an uplifting practice designed to clear away excess, heat things up, and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. We will embody gratitude through lively and dynamic yoga, breath work, meditation and a deep savasana. This is an all-levels practice, with some yoga experience suggested. Bring a water bottle, a mat if you have one, and an attitude of gratitude 😉
*Please note, our regularly scheduled 9am Vinyasa Yoga II Class will be canceled this day but Yoga I will remain on the schedule.
