Ok, though we can’t be together this year for the holidays, how about we serve up a huge helping of gratitude yoga style?!
Join Alisa for our 14th Annual Burn the Bird Event, an uplifting practice designed to clear away excess, heat things up, and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. We will embody gratitude through lively and dynamic yoga, breathwork, meditation, and a deep savasana. This is an all-levels practice, with some yoga experience suggested. Have a water bottle, your mats, and an attitude of gratitude.
