This 90-minute power flow class is ideal for anyone looking for time to dive into a practice that has a little bit more time to hit some of your favorite postures and to try some new challenges, too. This class will build on the arm balance and inversion series that ran during January and February but is open to all yogis who have some power flow experience. Inspired by the Baptiste Power flow and the Ashtanga Rocket series, you’ll be flowing, sweating, balancing, strengthening, and lengthening!
We suggest you bring a towel, a water bottle, and a smile to this fun and inspiring class.
