With daylight decreasing and temperatures dropping, the arrival of Winter brings with it a natural turning inward to tend our inner light. In this 4-week workshop series with Andrea Russell, we will cultivate internal resources that generate warmth, illumination, and vitality to bolster your being during this holiday season. Each session addresses a common seasonal struggle–feelings of low energy and depression, holiday stress, body image, and fortifying physical immunity–using the combined tools of of supportive community discussion, psychoeducation, intentional yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation.
While all are welcome to attend this series, some yoga experience is suggested, and attendance to all four workshops is required to ensure the safety and continuity of the space.
