Six Weeks on Tuesdays, October 9-November 13
This unique class is designed to help the mama-to-be feel better as her body transforms. Through specific physical postures and attention to certain areas of the body, this class can help with general flexibility and strength as well as help alleviate back pain and sciatic-like symptoms. In addition to feeling more at ease in her body, the student will also deepen her general state of well-being with the added focus on breath work and meditation to help prepare her for labor and beyond. This class is suitable for beginners. Our final class will include time for tea and conversation!
