Sacred Living: A Women’s Summer Yoga Retreat, Leitrim, Ireland

Hi, Beautiful One! We are getting close, and there’s still room to join us!
For our week together, we’ll:
  • Practice yoga (all levels….even beginners can do this!)
  • Meditate. Dance. Laugh. Cry.
  • Eat some of the best local vegetarian food.
  • Take trips to ancient mythological ruins, walk barefoot on the grass, and breathe in the fresh air by the sea.
  • Sip tea, eat cakes, sleep, write, stroll, soak in hot tubs and talk.
  • Take a trip to a castle, enjoy a river tour, visit Sligo where we’ll eat, listen to music, dance, and celebrate life among the locals.
Yes, there’s still some room. No, you don’t need yoga experience. Yes, we can help you figure out the details on getting there. Yes, you deserve this.
Please connect with me if you’re still thinking about it. Aileen McGinnis and I would do a little jig should you decide to be part of this amazing experience. Email me, call or text (540-38300438), and message me over Facebook. ☘️
This will be a week of a lifetime. Participants who arrive Friday morning at Dublin airport have the option of taking a bus together to the award-winning retreat center: Ard Nahoo. Then, your adventure begins.
We can’t wait to play with you!
