Application

Please read all of the following information carefully before completing your application.
All applicants must complete the full scholarship application as well as agree to attend at least two classes per week (for monthly memberships) or one class per week (for 20 class pack.)

Scholarships are not transferable for workshops or to other participants.
Under certain circumstances, if no prior notice is given to The Center, scholarships for monthly memberships may be revoked if students fail to maintain regular attendance.

Once completed, scholarship recipients will fill out a brief survey to review their experience at The Center. Recipients will also have the option to join The Center as a member at a deeply discounted price for having participated in the scholarship program.
