We are all working through new challenges in our lives. And how it’s effecting our inner and outer worlds may be unique to each of us, but we’re all connected by a shared experience of uncertainty.

So, how we learn to handle change is huge. It can be a matter of health or illness. As a result, we absolutely have to make a choice for ourselves: to align with chaos or ease. Not so easy to do. But, the paradox is that it’s really quite simple.

Through the teachings of Ayurveda, we are told that through simple habits that align with the rhythms of nature, we can learn to harness energy to make us more powerful and resilient so that when the unexpected happens, we are ready. We can adapt as needed. We have more energy. We don’t as easily become depleted.

So, if you’re feeling like your energy is only going outward, or it feels scattered due to so much change and uncertainty, please know, you are absolutely not alone!

2. May 19: Digest
3. May 26: Move
4. June 2: Breathe
5. June 9: Sit
6. June 16: Sense
7. June 20: Align *(Saturday 1:30-4pm – a special 2.5 hour workshop…online or in person! TBA!)

In addition to weekly classes on a specific topic, each participant will receive optional additional resources:

  • readings

  • three 30-minute private one-on-one meetings
  • invitation to a private Facebook Forum

This Seven-part course also includes unlimited online classes at The Center from May 5 – June 20 and a 2.5 hour workshop.
