Are you curious about yoga and wondered what all the talk was about? Do you feel unsure but that voice inside your head is urging you to go for it? This four-week foundational series is a safe and non-intimidating place to take that first step on your mat. It will provide you with the basics of yoga, including postures and breath work to really connect you to your body. Let go of any misgivings, because this is about exploring, rediscovering, and not needing to be perfect! Building understanding, a level of comfort, and strength, Yoga Foundations will put you on your path to a personal practice as well as participating in a group class. Lighten up. It’s time for yoga! Please note that part of the class will require transitioning from standing to floor work and back again.
